Healthy Living Habit

         Eat healthy foods for a better life and a new change throughout our existence. The theme for this month symbolizes that we should eat good nutritious meals each day to prevent any viruses or diseases that may affect our human self.

            A fresh start and to maintain a long lasting life to the fullest. This month’s celebration, each student had given a task or an activity like cooking and to have a performance also known as, “Nutri-jingle” of each club. Giving chances to develop more of our life for the betterment and can help us to a successful living. 

             Avoiding to eat unhealthy foods like junk foods, street foods and others that can make us more hype and can do the things we want in life without any troubles. However, always note that eating is not bad, but we should know our limits and learn what’s right for that best.
